– 2x Linear encoder (glass scale) ASD4 100-1000 mm range, 1 µm resolution

– 2x cover to protect the linear encoders (glass scales)

This BiGa digital readout lathe set 1 µm 2 axes is a suitable set for most midrange lathes. This set is delivered complete with all needed items. The digital readout display is made from polycarbonate.

We offer Digital readout consoles for every machine, suitable for hobbyists and professionals.

Functions:

 

1. 99 sets simple tool base

2. Calculator: Calculator function can improve operation efficiently

3. Slope calculation: Input the two points of workpiece, the DRO can calculate the slope of the workpiece

4. Z-axis combination calculation: Z-axis can display the combination displacement of two parallel axis (only at 3 axes readout displays)

5. Linear error compensation or segmented error compensation: Compensation for linear deviation can be adjusted by software.
