Trabiss Wet Film Comb CM-2000
Trabiss Wet Film Thickness Meter CM-2000 is used for checking the film thickness of wet paint, enamel paint, adhesive, architectural coating. And it is used for checking the layer thickness of color coating, varnish, chemical industry or other coating applied on a smooth surface
Measuring range: 25~2032um (1~80mil)
Measuring procedure:
- Select appropriate comb according to approximate known thickness.
- Hold comb perpendicular to surface coating to be measured.
- Press into coating until the comb stands square on substrate.
- Wet film thickness is between the highest step which is coated and the next (higher) step which remains uncoated.
